Six Weeks of Being Seen: A Personal Reflection on Neurodiversity and Belonging

Neurodiversity didn’t arrive in my life as a neat label — it arrived slowly, through a lifetime of responses, rhythms, and ways of sensing the world. Over six weeks at the Neurodiversity Sharing Circles at SunFyr Barns, something extraordinary happened: we stopped trying to fix ourselves and started recognising our brilliance. This is a reflection on belonging, community, and what becomes possible when neurodivergent people are truly seen.
