Yoga Teacher Training & Retreats with Jax
One of our founders and guiding heart of SunFyr Barns - a teacher, trainer and community creator dedicated to sharing embodied, soulful wellbeing. Jax leads our 200hr Freedom Yoga Teacher Training, supporting students to step into their own authentic voice and deepen their understanding of yoga philosophy and practice. Through her Freedom Yoga and SunFyr Retreats, she weaves movement, rest, nature and connection into nurturing spaces for transformation and pause. Jax is also the lead trainer for ZenMuma, offering pregnancy, baby and postnatal teacher trainings across the UK, and she runs Freedom Wellbeing CIC Trainings to widen access to community-focused wellbeing education. Everything she creates is rooted in presence, compassion and the invitation to return to yourself — shaping the warm, inclusive spirit at the heart of SunFyr

Here, a person’s needs will be heard, valued and understood, culminating in an individualised health and wellbeing plan that utilises our in-house clinical and complementary health offerings.

I'm Deniz Paradot — an award-winning qigong teacher, mentor, coach and author with over 25 years’ experience in movement, meditation and mindfulness. I specialise in helping people feel grounded, calm and connected through breath-led, body-aware practices rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. My approach is shaped by applied Buddhism — a lived way of being that emphasises mindfulness, compassion and presence in everyday life. I live what I teach, I teach what I love, and I share it in a way that’s practical, gentle and relevant. For me, qigong is the conduit to embody a life that is conscious, grateful, healthy, happy and purposeful.

This class is designed for all abilities. It builds a balance of strength and mobility, and you definitely do not need to be flexible. Traditional yoga poses are broken down to their fundamental components enabling each student to understand how their muscles move their joints, and which ranges of movement have control and ease. From there, each pose can be rebuilt with stability and integrity. Poses and movements become attainable for every person attending. No one should ever feel ‘they can’t do yoga’. This class suits most people, if you are returning from injury through to more experienced yoga practitioners.

Michelle is a 600hr YTT with a background in body work and holistic therapies. In this 60 minute class you will be guided through a slower paced vinyasa class. Connecting breath to movement, allowing for time to feel stable in your practice as we flow together through the ancient practice of sun salutations. Moving meditations of gratitude and release connecting mind body and soul. We then drop into the stillness of yin yoga, working on the deeper layers of fascia. Finding space and letting gravity and breath do the work.

I’m Georgie Blackman - a Paramedic, Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, SOMA® Breath Facilitator and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist.
After more than a decade working on the frontline, I witnessed how stress, burnout, and unhealthy coping habits can quietly erode both the body and the mind.
My own turning point came in 2024, when I chose sobriety and began rebuilding my life from the inside out - a decision born from a desire for freedom, inner peace, and deep personal transcendence.
Through my own therapy journey - filled with hypnosis, CBT techniques, and neuro-linguistic practices - I discovered just how powerful the mind truly is. That process inspired me to retrain in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, combining evidence-based psychology with modern coaching to help others create lasting transformation rooted in love, connection, and self-leadership.
I believe transformation doesn’t start with a huge leap; it starts with one small decision to pause, breathe, and choose differently.

Ease into the weekend with a restorative Sound Bath at SunFyr Barns. Feel soothed by crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion instruments and gong. Yoga mats will be provided for you but please bring any pillows, cushions and blankets that will help you fully relax into your sound bath. Feel free to arrive 5 minutes early to get settled and comfortable.

Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses the breath as a tool for relaxation, nervous system regulation, self-exploration and transformative healing.
I'm Hattie, a trauma-informed Breathwork and Kundalini facilitator and I create spaces where you can slow down, turn inwards and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity and trust in your body's innate wisdom and capacity to heal. Through my own journey with somatic practices, I've uncovered emotions, patterns and parts of myself that I'd unknowingly kept hidden, allowing me to reconnect with who I truly am and cultivate a greater sense of calm, resilience and self-awareness. It's this experience that I now share with others through my breathwork sessions.
I run Transformational Breathwork Journeys at SunFyr Barns, which are powerful 90-minute experiences that combine conscious connected breathing, music and guided reflection to support deeper self-exploration, emotional release, personal growth and healing.
My intention is to offer a space where you can reconnect with yourself and discover the transformative potential of your own breath.

Breath Flow is a gentle, restorative 60-minute class designed to help you unwind, release stress and find stillness through calming breath practices.
Transformational Breathwork Journeys are a powerful 90-minute experience combining conscious connected breathing, music and guided reflection to support deeper self-exploration, emotional release and personal growth. Also available as private sessions.
Whether you're seeking rest, renewal, transformation, or simply an hour to breathe and be, these sessions invite you to come exactly as you are and discover the transformative potential of your breath.
