Yoga for daily life with Jax

Yoga with Jax is an invitation to return to home. Her grounded, authentic teaching style brings yoga into everyday life —supporting you to move with intention, breathe deeply, and meet yourself just as you are. As a 500h senior teacher and leader of our YTT, her classes are informed by yoga philosophy and ancient wisdom, inviting you to come back to your body, calm your mind, and find reconnection in the midst of a busy world.

Pregnancy yoga with Jess, one of our directors, offers a nurturing space to move, breathe, and connect during this transformative time. With a compassionate presence and understanding of birth, Jess guides you through gentle, supportive practices that help ease common discomforts, build confidence, and prepare body and mind for labour and beyond. A time to honour your changing body, connect with your baby, and feel held in community.

  • I'm Deniz Paradot — an award-winning qigong teacher, mentor, coach and author with over 25 years’ experience in movement, meditation and mindfulness. I specialise in helping people feel grounded, calm and connected through breath-led, body-aware practices rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. My approach is shaped by applied Buddhism — a lived way of being that emphasises mindfulness, compassion and presence in everyday life. I live what I teach, I teach what I love, and I share it in a way that’s practical, gentle and relevant. For me, qigong is the conduit to embody a life that is conscious, grateful, healthy, happy and purposeful.

  • I am a registered independent midwife offering antenatal classes to parents-to-be in Norfolk and Suffolk. Classes are presented in 4-week blocks starting on the first Tuesday of the month from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You will learn 

    • how your body is designed for labour and birth, 

    • develop relaxation techniques using hypnobirthing principles. 

    • discover light touch massage techniques and other strategies to help you through labour and into parenthood. 

    • learn how to effectively use a birth ball and a peanut ball. 

    • Ensure that your birth partner develops the confidence and skills to support you during your birth. 

    • meet other parents-to-be and form lifelong friendships.

  • As a secondary school science teacher turned yoga teacher and sound healer, Maggie agrees with Einstein that ‘the next medicine is frequency’. Post Natal Yoga & Baby Massage classes are designed to help you gently restore strength, release tension, and bond deeply with your baby in a relaxed and supportive environment. You'll be guided through gentle postnatal yoga to aid recovery, improve posture, and ease aches, while baby massage techniques help soothe, calm, and connect with your little one.
