Zenkids Family presents a yoga and wellbeing class for ages 4-10 to attend independently.

The class will be yoga centric, with asanas and poses, meditation and mindfulness while also full of fun, story telling, music and IMAGINATION.

Please be aware, this class is for children age 4 and up who already attend school.
