FLOW TO SLOW YOGA
Michelle is a 600hr YTT with a background in body work and holistic therapies. In this 60 minute class you will be guided through a slower paced vinyasa class. Connecting breath to movement, allowing for time to feel stable in your practice as we flow together through the ancient practice of sun salutations. Moving meditations of gratitude and release connecting mind body and soul. We then drop into the stillness of yin yoga, working on the deeper layers of fascia. Finding space and letting gravity and breath do the work.
