Locks and seal of yoga

Over this 3-hour workshop I will be sharing:
What the Bandhas(locks) are how and when to use them and their benefits.

-You will learn how to integrate them into postures and transitions.

-Explore 6 different Mudras/ hand gesture's  (seals) to support inner balance and calm both in held balances and meditation.

This will be an explorative, relaxed and warm workshop suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
With seated, standing and transitioning yoga asana, meditation and pranayama ( breath work)

Includes a break with homemade treats to refuel and have a natter.

Limited to just 12 people to keep the workshop personal and supportive. ( already half full)
