So we created a space just for you.
How does it work?
30-minute massages with Jess, our specialist therapist who understands post-baby bodies
Bring your baby, and a friend
While one of you has a massage, the others sit together in our cosy cafe, chat, sip tea and take turns cuddling the babies
It’s simple. It’s peaceful. And it’s a reminder that you don’t have to do this alone.

Because your body has done something incredible, and it deserves kindness.
Because rest shouldn’t feel like a luxury.
This is for the mums who are tired, sore, overwhelmed… and in need of half an hour that’s simply theirs.
What to expect…
A cosy cafe for mums and babies - food, coffee, tea, blankets and friendly faces included
Calming massage room with heated bed, soft music and essential oils
