I am deeply honoured and beyond excited to be hosting our third Wellness & Yoga Retreat at the stunning SunFyr Barns in Norfolk.

Our retreats are immersive, transformational experiences, lovingly curated to support you in slowing down, resetting, and reconnecting with your most authentic self. Together, we’ll share nurturing and empowering yoga practices - a gentle yet powerful blend of vinyasa, yin, and meditation - designed to open the heart, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.

Through the intentional weaving of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and meaningful ritual, we create sacred, supportive spaces where deep shifts can unfold - physically, emotionally, and energetically. This retreat is an invitation to soften, realign, and return home to yourself with renewed clarity, peace, and a deeper sense of wholeness.

Outline of the Day

10:00 - 10:30 - Opening Circle & meditation.

10:30 – 12:15 – 1.5-hour Vinyasa and Yin Yoga class, ending with a 15-minute meditation.

12:15 – 1:15 – Lunch in the café, if you wish.

1:20 – 2:20 - Spiritual workshop.

2:25 - 3:25 - Reiki Drum Journey & Yoga Nidra. 

3:30 – 4:30 – Sound bath.

4:30 – 5:00 – Closing of the retreat & goodbyes.

5:00 - 5:30 - Time to ground and re-centre after the sound bath.
