FORTNIGHTLY SOUNDBATHS

Ease into the weekend with a restorative Sound Bath at SunFyr Barns. Feel soothed by crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion instruments and gong. Yoga mats will be provided for you but please bring any pillows, cushions and blankets that will help you fully relax into your sound bath. Feel free to arrive 5 minutes early to get settled and comfortable. Please note that this sound bath is not suitable for those who are in their first trimester of pregnancy or those who suffer from epilepsy.
