Monthly Friday Restorative Yoga and Soundbath.

Starting Friday 21st August: 7:15 to 9pm.

£18 per class, or book 4 classes for the price of 3 (valid August 2026 to December 2026).

Upcoming dates 21st August, 11th September, 2nd October, 6th November, 4th December. 

We start each class by settling in with a grounding meditation or breathwork.  You will then be guided through a series of nurturing restorative yoga postures - think long held relaxing postures using lots of props and bolsters.  No need for any effort at all.  This will be followed by a soothing yoga Nidra (think yogic sleep), and then we finish with a soothing sound bath.  The perfect way to end your week.  No prior yoga experience needed, suitable for all.
