Community at SunFyr Barns

Connecting people, growing wellbeing.

At SunFyr Barns in Poringland, South Norfolk, community is at the heart of everything we do.
Through our Wellbeing Project CIC, partnerships, and funded programmes, we work to make yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing accessible to everyone — especially those who might not otherwise have access.

Our community work is rooted in collaboration, inclusion, and the belief that wellbeing belongs to all of us.

The SunFyr Barns Wellbeing Project

Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and delivered in partnership with Freedom Wellbeing Project CIC.

The SunFyr Barns Wellbeing Project offers free training in Kids and Teen Yoga & Wellbeing for educators, youth workers, and community leaders.

By equipping those already supporting young people, we’re building lasting wellbeing foundations across Norfolk - making yoga, mindfulness, and emotional literacy part of everyday life in schools and communities.
