Join Hattie for a restorative 60-minute breathwork class designed to help you slow down, reconnect and support your overall wellbeing.
Breathwork is the practice of intentionally changing the way we breathe to influence our physical, mental and emotional state. Through conscious breathing, we can support nervous system regulation, build resilience to stress and strengthen the connection between mind and body.
Breath Flow sessions use a combination of conscious breathing techniques, guided awareness and moments of stillness. Each session offers an opportunity to regulate the nervous system, release stress and return to the present moment.
Classes primarily focus on calming, down-regulating practices that encourage relaxation and rest, while occasionally exploring more energising techniques to cultivate awareness, focus and vitality. All practices are optional, and you are encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.
