Free Mum & Baby Yoga
with Jax
For Norfolk new mums and babies (newborn to crawling) - these classes are a gentle invitation to move, breathe, and bond together. Led by Jax Heffer-Cooke, they offer a calm, nurturing space where mothers can stretch, restore, and connect, while little ones share in the joy of movement and presence. Supported by the National Lottery Community Fund, this project is about more than yoga - it’s about building community, sharing the journey of motherhood, and finding a circle of support in the early days.

Pregnancy yoga with Jess
Pregnancy yoga with Jess, one of our directors, offers a nurturing space to move, breathe, and connect during this transformative time. With a compassionate presence and understanding of birth, Jess guides you through gentle, supportive practices that help ease common discomforts, build confidence, and prepare body and mind for labour and beyond. A time to honour your changing body, connect with your baby, and feel held in community.

Yoga Teacher Training
With Freedom Yoga and Retreats
Train at SunFyr to bring yoga to your community! Our Yoga Teacher Training with Freedom Yoga and Retreats includes 200 hours of inspirational training, workshops and classes and is led by Jax, a 500-hour senior yoga teacher, with our anatomy and physiology module taught by Nicki, and guest teachers throughout the year.
Jax’s teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in honouring the traditional practices of the Far East while integrating the Western lens of science and reason. She believes in respecting the origins of yoga transparently and authentically while adapting its teachings to be meaningful and practical in our modern, daily lives.
Set in the peaceful Norfolk countryside, just outside of Norwich city centre, our 10 month long training is a spacious, immersive journey designed to deepen your connection to yoga, yourself, and the world around you—join our SunFyr community and learn in our gorgeous, light filled studio amongst an inspiring network of wellbeing professionals, teachers and space holders.
