Yoga for menopause

I’m really excited to hold my next My menopause yoga workshop at the beautiful SunFyr Barns in Framlingham Pigot. Just 15 minutes outside of Norwich it offers such a peaceful and friendly space which focuses completely around community.
Over 2 hours we will look at how we define the menopause and the impact that can have in itself as to our experience of the menopause.
From within the safe space of a seasonal wheel meditation I invite you to journey through the seasons of the menopause. Bringing awareness to the requirements of each season to enable you to move through each season as positively as possible. Bringing opportunity to gather more support or perhaps opportunity to let go of anything still holding you back.

Coming together again as a group to move through specially chosen yoga poses from Hatha, yin and restorative yoga, breathwork and readings to help support you at whichever season/stage you are in.
I will be supplying some hormone supporting energy balls for you to enjoy during the 2 hours ( included)
There will also be a little information for you to take away to help bring extra awareness to your experience.
The lovely cafe at Sunfyr will be open for you to enjoy either after or before if you want to extend the time for yourself.
