We run Retreats here at the beautiful SunFyr but also festivals and soon weekend retreats around Norfolk and Suffolk. Exciting times ahead. The retreats we offer have never been done before and clients receive the 3 therapies at the same time, finishing with Yoga Nidra. 

This takes you into the deepest relaxation/mediation. It’s simply amazing. This team of master practitioners help 100’s people at Flackstock Festival (in memory of Caroline Flack) every year, giving free treatments and helping to rise thousands of pounds for charities like Choose Life and Samaritans.
