You are invited to join me and MaMa CaCao for a sacred plant medicine ceremony.

I spent much of May this year, in the Peruvian High Amazon jungle , where I joined with local medicine women during powerful healing and ceremony.

Mama Cacao first called me in 2023 when I begun my initial Shamanic practitioner study , learning more about the plant medicines used by Shamanic tribes , including Cacao .

The location for our ceremony is Sunfyr Barns and I welcome you all to this amazing space for this very special gathering.

During our time together we will open ourselves to:

Gentle breathwork connecting us to our inner selves and bringing us to a relaxed state

Guided meditations

Introduction to Mama Cacao . A short introduction to the history and use of Mama Cacao

Intention setting- a moment for us set our intentions of meeting the spirit of cacao and opening oursleves up to her divine wisdom

Drumming together to allow the synchronisation of both hemispheres of our brains - allowing us to enter a deep relaxed state.

There is ample space in car parks on site near to the barns . Please car share If possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Contraindications to cacao. Be mindful consuming ceremonial quantities of ceremonial cacao if you have heart conditions or are on any SSRI medication or similar medication which changes the brains chemical composition .
