SunFyr Curates is a programme of special workshops, talks, and practices handpicked by our founder Jax. Drawing on connections with festival leaders, national teachers, and inspiring practitioners, we bring voices and experiences to Norwich that you wouldn’t usually find here.

Every event is different — from breathwork and movement to talks, classes, and creative practices. What connects them is intention: each gathering is chosen with care, designed to spark inspiration, connection, and growth.

And every ticket has purpose. All proceeds from SunFyr Curates events go directly into the SunFyr Wellbeing Community Project CIC, giving access to wellbeing support for people who wouldn’t normally have access to it.

What to Expect

These are one-off workshops that bring new practices to Norwich:

  • Talks and gatherings that spark fresh perspectives.

  • Transformative classes with guest teachers.

  • Occasional collaborations with festival-level voices.

UPCOMING EVENTS

BREATHWORK WITH RANDEEP

We are so excited to bring the incredible Randeep to SunFyr Barns. He will be guiding us through a breathwork journey on Saturday 8th November (7–9:30pm).

Renowned as one of the most profound breath workers in the UK, co-founder Jax experienced the magic of Randeep at the Soul Revolution festival.

Breathwork is one of the simplest yet most incredible tools we have. By consciously working with the breath, we can:

  • Release stress and emotions held in the body

  • Gain clarity and fresh perspective

  • Feel more connected – to ourselves, and to others

  • Unlock deeper states of presence and peace

This practice has been deeply moving for Jax personally, and she can’t wait to share it with our community here in Norfolk.
